Rocky Trails & Rainbows Coaching Programs

Support for creating a life that feels more intentional, supportive, connected, and aligned.

The coaching programs at Rocky Trails and Rainbows are designed to support meaningful change across the areas of life that most shape your well-being: the way your daily life is structured, how you care for yourself, the relationships you build, and the way you connect with meaning, faith, and the sacred.

You may come to this work wanting a calmer and more intentional way of living. You may want support building healthier habits, strengthening your overall wellness, setting better boundaries, navigating a relationship transition, deepening your spiritual life, or making sense of questions that have emerged through faith deconstruction or religious trauma.

Grounded in The Rocky Trails to Restoration Method™, my approach recognizes that these areas of life are often connected, but you do not have to work on everything at once. We focus on what matters most to you while remaining attentive to the broader context that may be supporting—or making it harder to create—the change you want.

SIMPLIFY → RESTORE → REBUILD → ALIGN

Explore Coaching and Support Options

Each area of support has a different focus, and your work is personalized around your experiences, needs, goals, and season of life.

You may want to simplify your surroundings and daily rhythms, create a stronger foundation for whole-person wellness, build healthier relationships with yourself and others, or explore your spiritual life through spiritual direction and soul care.

Explore the options below to find the kind of support that best reflects what you are looking for right now.

Simplify

Mindful & Slow Living Coaching

Create a calmer, more intentional way of living by designing your environment, routines, pace, and daily rhythms to better support your well-being.

Simplify is about creating the conditions of daily life so calm, presence, and intentional living are easier to sustain. Rather than adding more rules, routines, or expectations, we look at what may be creating unnecessary noise, pressure, or complexity and make thoughtful changes that help life feel more manageable and more aligned with what matters to you.

What We May Focus On

  • Creating a peaceful, supportive environment that feels calmer, more functional, and easier to live in.

  • Simplifying schedules, routines, and commitments to create more space and reduce unnecessary pressure.

  • Reducing physical, mental, and digital clutter so your attention and energy are not constantly being pulled in too many directions.

  • Building mindful daily rhythms that help you become more present and engaged in everyday life.

  • Exploring slow living practices that support a more intentional pace and greater alignment with your values and priorities.

  • Creating healthier boundaries with time, technology, and obligations so more of your energy goes toward what matters most.

  • Developing restorative self-care practices that are realistic enough to become part of everyday life rather than something you only turn to when you are exhausted.

  • Designing simple systems and routines that make daily responsibilities easier to manage and leave more room for rest, relationships, creativity, and enjoyment.

The goal is not to create a perfectly organized or slow life. It is to shape your everyday surroundings and rhythms so the way you live feels calmer, more intentional, and genuinely supportive of the person you want to be.

Restore

Complete Self-Care & Wellness Accountability Coaching

Create a stronger foundation for whole-person wellness by caring for your physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and practical well-being in intentional, sustainable ways.

Restore is about making self-care a practical, consistent foundation for greater health, balance, resilience, and whole-person well-being. Rather than relying on all-or-nothing plans or waiting until you are already depleted, we look at the areas of your life that need the most support and create realistic practices that help you care for yourself more intentionally over time.

What We May Focus On

  • Strengthening whole-person wellness across your physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and practical well-being.

  • Creating sustainable self-care practices that support greater health, balance, resilience, and daily well-being.

  • Building healthier habits and routines around nourishment, movement, sleep, rest, stress management, and other areas that matter to you.

  • Developing greater self-awareness so you can recognize what supports your well-being and what may be getting in the way.

  • Creating healthier boundaries and rhythms around work, relationships, responsibilities, and your time.

  • Using compassionate wellness accountability to help you stay connected to your intentions and follow through on the choices you want to make.

  • Moving away from all-or-nothing approaches and creating a more realistic, flexible, and sustainable way of caring for yourself.

  • Building a personalized wellness foundation that can continue to support you through different seasons of life.

The goal is not to follow a perfect wellness routine or do everything at once. It is to care for yourself in intentional, sustainable ways that strengthen your overall well-being and help healthier choices become a more natural part of how you live.

Rebuild

Relationship, Boundary & Life Transition Coaching

Build a healthier relationship with yourself, strengthen your connections with others, and navigate relationship changes with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Rebuild is about strengthening your relationship with yourself, creating healthier connections with others, and developing the boundaries, communication, and self-trust that support more honest and fulfilling relationships. Whether you are working through recurring patterns, navigating conflict, questioning a relationship, or moving through separation, divorce, or another major transition, we focus on what will help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself along the way.

What We May Focus On

  • Strengthening self-worth and self-trust so your choices are less driven by guilt, fear, or the need for external approval.

  • Building healthier communication skills so you can express your needs, concerns, limits, and expectations with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries that protect your well-being while supporting more respectful and balanced relationships.

  • Recognizing people-pleasing, over-giving, or codependent patterns that may be creating resentment, exhaustion, or imbalance.

  • Navigating conflict with greater steadiness while staying connected to your values, needs, and sense of self.

  • Developing deeper trust, emotional awareness, and connection in romantic, family, friendship, and professional relationships.

  • Understanding recurring relationship patterns and identifying what may need to change in order to create healthier ways of relating.

  • Navigating separation, divorce, or major relationship transitions with stronger boundaries, greater self-trust, and support as you move into the next chapter.

The goal is not to create perfect relationships or eliminate every difficult interaction. It is to strengthen the way you relate to yourself and others so you can build healthier connections, communicate more honestly, protect your well-being, and move through relationship changes without losing yourself in the process.

Align

Spiritual Direction, Faith Deconstruction & Soul Care

Create space to explore your spiritual life, deepen your connection with God or the sacred, and find compassionate support for faith questioning, religious trauma, and spiritual change.

Align is about creating space for your spiritual life to be explored with honesty, depth, and care. Whether you are seeking a deeper connection with God, the Divine, a higher power, or the sacred, questioning beliefs that no longer fit, healing from religious harm, or discerning what spirituality means for you now, this work offers a thoughtful place to listen, reflect, and explore without pressure toward a particular conclusion.

What We May Focus On

  • Deepening your spiritual connection with God, the Divine, a higher power, or the sacred in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to you.

  • Exploring faith questions and deconstruction with honesty, curiosity, and freedom from pressure to arrive at predetermined answers.

  • Healing from religious trauma or spiritual harm including shame, exclusion, fear-based teachings, manipulation, loss of community, or painful experiences within religious institutions.

  • Examining inherited beliefs and theology to discern what still feels true, life-giving, and aligned with your evolving spiritual understanding.

  • Exploring prayer, meditation, contemplation, journaling, nature, ritual, or other spiritual practices that support connection, reflection, and spiritual growth.

  • Making space for grief, doubt, anger, hope, and spiritual uncertainty as meaningful parts of your spiritual journey rather than problems that need to be quickly resolved.

  • Seeking discernment around purpose, vocation, values, decisions, or life transitions through deeper attention to your inner and spiritual life.

  • Creating a spiritual life that feels genuinely your own whether that means deepening an existing faith, reconnecting after distance, or discovering a different relationship with spirituality altogether.

The goal is not to tell you what to believe or lead you toward a particular spiritual path. It is to create a compassionate space where you can listen more deeply, explore what feels sacred and meaningful, and develop a spiritual life that feels honest, grounded, and life-giving.

Choose the Level of Support That Fits You Best

Different types of coaching can call for different rhythms of support. Some work benefits from spacious, reflective conversations with time between sessions to integrate what you are learning, while other areas are often better supported by more frequent accountability, implementation help, or between-session guidance.

For that reason, each coaching option below is designed around the level of support that generally fits that type of work best.

Private Coaching is typically used for Simplify, Rebuild, and Align, including mindful and slow living, relationship and boundary work, life transitions, spiritual direction, faith exploration, and other areas where two deeper sessions each month and lighter between-session support may be enough.

Specialty Coaching is designed for work that often benefits from more active support between sessions, including Complete Self-Care & Wellness Accountability, ADHD and executive functioning, burnout recovery and nervous system support, intimacy and connection, and separation or divorce coaching.

High-Support Coaching provides more frequent live sessions and greater between-session access for clients working within a specialty or other coaching area who want a higher level of ongoing support.

Executive Coaching provides weekly coaching and priority between-session support for executives, business owners, and leaders who want consistent space for decision-making, leadership development, sustainable performance, executive functioning, boundaries, and professional or personal transitions.

These are recommended starting points rather than rigid categories. Coaching can be customized when appropriate. Someone working within Simplify, Rebuild, or Align may choose a higher-support option, while a specialty coaching client may decide that a different rhythm of sessions or between-session access better fits their needs.

Coaching is offered as an ongoing monthly relationship rather than a fixed-length program. We begin with an initial two-month commitment so there is enough time to establish momentum, put ideas into practice, and begin discovering what is most helpful. After that, coaching continues month-to-month for as long as the work remains meaningful and useful to you.

This option may be a good fit if you benefit from near-weekly live connection or know that more frequent contact helps you stay grounded, work through obstacles, and follow through more consistently.

High-Support Coaching can be used with any specialty program or another area of coaching when a greater level of support would be helpful.

  • Sarah is amazing. I found Sarah during a time when I needed a lot of help. Last year was a pretty tough year for me, between my mom passing away, struggling financially, and dealing with a bad relationship. Sarah’s support was essential to my growing and moving forward. She helped me to think about things that were going on in my life in a way that helped me to see the bigger picture. I was then able to recognize the details in a way that I had never been able to do on my own. She has continued to demonstrate unbiased and loving support to me. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is in need of guidance and/or spiritual support in their lives. Thank you, Sarah!

    -Nicole

  • Sarah’s natural warmth and presence provide a safe place to question assumptions and explore ideas. With her help, I have become more resilient and feel motivated and positive about the future.

    -Elaine

  • Sarah is a skilled listener, packed full of patience and empathy. I felt comfortable sharing issues with her - no matter how sensitive – and we always ended our sessions with new insights or plans that I could really use in my life. Sarah always creates a safe and supportive environment, and I’ve appreciated our time together so much! I highly recommend her services!!

    -Emily

  • Sarah asked great questions, which challenged me to recommit to my goals. She helped me to understand why I was not making my goals a priority, and she encouraged me to reflect on the importance of mindfulness and intentionality. This has been incredibly powerful for me, as I have reached my goals and now continue to strive toward new goals.
