Accountability Coaching
Personalized support for staying connected to the goals, habits, and routines that matter to you.
Sometimes you already know what you want to do.
You know you want to move more consistently, eat in a way that helps you feel better, create a calmer routine, stay on top of a personal project, follow through on self-care, or finally make progress on something you keep putting off.
The problem is not always knowing what to do.
Sometimes the challenge is following through consistently when life gets busy, motivation changes, routines fall apart, or old patterns take over.
Accountability Coaching offers focused, ongoing support around one clearly defined area so you do not have to rely on willpower alone.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we identify what matters most, create realistic ways to support it, and stay connected to your progress throughout the month.
More Than a Habit Tracker
Accountability is not about being watched, judged, or pressured into perfection.
It is about having someone who remembers what you are working toward, notices where things are getting stuck, helps you problem-solve when needed, and encourages you to keep returning to the choices that support the life you want.
Some weeks may go exactly as planned.
Other weeks may not.
The goal is not to create a perfect streak. It is to build enough awareness, structure, and support that you can keep moving forward even when life is imperfect.
What We Might Focus On
Accountability Coaching can support many different kinds of personal goals, including:
Self-care and wellness routines
Movement or exercise consistency
Nourishing meals and meal preparation
Sleep routines and evening habits
Morning or daily routines
ADHD follow-through and task completion
Organization and home systems
Decluttering
Boundaries
Restorative practices
Mindfulness or spiritual practices
Personal projects
Creative goals
Consistency with a new habit or routine
The focus stays intentionally narrow so your support remains clear, manageable, and directly connected to the goal you want to strengthen.
How Micro-Accountability Works
A key part of this offering is brief weekday accountability between sessions.
You may send a short message, photo, or voice note connected to the goal we are working on together.
That might mean checking in after completing a walk, sharing a photo of a meal you prepared, letting me know you followed through on a boundary, reporting that you completed the task you had been avoiding, or simply saying that you are struggling to get started.
These check-ins are intentionally brief.
They are not meant to become ongoing coaching conversations throughout the day. Instead, they create a consistent point of connection that can help you notice patterns, stay engaged with your goal, and recover more quickly when you get off track.
A Focused Coaching Relationship
Accountability Coaching is different from my broader coaching options.
My premium coaching relationships allow us to work more expansively across your daily life, wellness, relationships, transitions, leadership, spirituality, or other connected areas.
Accountability Coaching is designed for someone who already has a relatively clear goal and wants support with consistency and follow-through.
We can still explore what is getting in the way when needed, but the work remains centered around the specific area you have chosen.
Your Monthly Support Includes
One 50-minute private coaching session each month
Brief Monday–Friday micro-accountability check-ins
Personalized strategies, tools, or resources related to your goal
Support identifying obstacles, patterns, and realistic next steps
Adjustments to your approach when something is not working
Micro-accountability may include a short message, photo, or voice note related to the goal we are working on together.
The purpose is to create a steady rhythm of support without turning your goal into another source of pressure.
Accountability Without Perfection
Sustainable change rarely happens because someone follows a plan perfectly.
It happens because they learn how to return.
You may miss a day.
You may have a difficult week.
You may discover that the routine you thought would work does not actually fit your life.
That information is useful.
Instead of treating setbacks as failure, we use them to understand what you need and make the process more realistic.
Accountability should help you feel supported and capable—not monitored, ashamed, or afraid to admit when something did not go as planned.
Is Accountability Coaching Right for You?
This may be a good fit if you:
Already know the main goal you want to work on
Have difficulty staying consistent on your own
Benefit from knowing someone will check in on your progress
Want encouragement without rigid tracking or pressure
Need help turning intentions into regular action
Tend to start strong and lose momentum
Want a supportive place to troubleshoot what gets in the way
Prefer a focused coaching relationship rather than broader life coaching
If you are looking for deeper coaching across several areas of your life, more frequent live sessions, or more extensive between-session support, one of the premium coaching options may be a better fit.
