Restore

Complete Self-Care & Wellness Accountability Coaching

Create a stronger foundation for whole-person wellness by caring for your physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and practical well-being in intentional, sustainable ways.

Restore is about building a strong foundation for wellness across the areas of life that most influence how you feel and function: physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and practical well-being.

The goal is not perfection, rigid routines, or trying to control every aspect of your health. It is to make intentional choices that support your body, mind, relationships, values, and daily life so you can create the healthiest, most sustainable version of well-being available to you.

Through sustainable habits, personalized coaching, and compassionate wellness accountability, we work together to turn self-care into something practical and consistent—so it becomes a way of supporting your overall wellness, not simply something you do when you are already depleted.

Over time, those choices can help you build greater energy, stability, self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being in everyday life.

What Complete Self-Care Really Means

Self-care is often reduced to occasional rest, relaxation, or doing something nice for yourself. Those things can absolutely be part of self-care, but they are only one piece of a much bigger picture.

Complete self-care is the ongoing practice of caring for yourself in ways that support greater health, balance, resilience, and whole-person well-being.

It includes how you nourish and move your body, how you respond to stress, how you care for your emotional and mental health, the relationships and boundaries you maintain, the way you connect with meaning or spirituality, and how you manage the practical demands of work, responsibilities, and finances.

The purpose is not simply to feel cared for in the moment. It is to create habits, choices, and patterns that support your well-being over time.

That might mean getting enough sleep, preparing nourishing meals, moving your body, making time for rest, asking for support, setting a needed boundary, tending to your spiritual life, managing stress more intentionally, or making practical choices that create greater stability.

Complete self-care recognizes that these areas are connected. When one part of your well-being is consistently neglected, it can begin to affect the others. In the same way, small improvements in one area can often strengthen your overall wellness.

The goal is not to do everything perfectly. It is to become more intentional about caring for yourself in ways that help you feel healthier, stronger, more resilient, and better supported in the life you are actually living.

The Six Dimensions of Complete Self-Care

Whole-person wellness is shaped by more than one habit or one area of life.

Your physical health affects your energy. Your emotional well-being influences how you respond to stress. Your relationships can either strengthen or drain you. Your spiritual life can shape your sense of meaning and direction. Work and financial stress can affect nearly everything else.

That is why Restore looks at six interconnected dimensions of self-care. You do not have to work on every area at once. Instead, we look at where you most need support and how that area may connect with the rest of your well-being.

Physical Self-Care

Physical self-care is about supporting the body that carries you through everyday life.

This may include nourishing food, movement, restorative sleep, hydration, medical care, rest, and other daily habits that support your energy and physical well-being.

The goal is not perfection, restriction, or following someone else’s definition of health. It is to develop realistic practices that help you care for your body consistently and sustainably.

Emotional Self-Care

Emotional self-care is about recognizing, understanding, and responding to your emotions with greater awareness and compassion.

We may explore stress patterns, emotional triggers, self-compassion, coping strategies, boundaries, or ways of processing difficult experiences without automatically turning to habits that leave you feeling worse afterward.

The goal is to build greater emotional resilience while giving yourself permission to acknowledge what you are actually feeling.

Mental Self-Care

Mental self-care supports the way you think, focus, learn, reflect, and respond to the demands placed on your mind.

This may include managing mental overload, creating space for reflection, practicing mindfulness, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, making room for creativity, or developing routines that help protect your attention and mental energy.

The goal is not to have a perfectly quiet mind. It is to support greater clarity, flexibility, and mental well-being.

Social Self-Care

Healthy relationships are an important part of overall wellness.

Social self-care may include nurturing meaningful relationships, asking for support, strengthening communication, setting healthier boundaries, making time for connection, or recognizing when certain relationships are consistently affecting your well-being.

The goal is to create relationships and boundaries that allow connection to become a source of support rather than another source of depletion.

Spiritual Self-Care

Spiritual self-care is about tending to the part of your life that provides meaning, connection, hope, and a sense of something larger than the demands of everyday life.

For some people, this includes faith, prayer, worship, or spiritual practices. For others, it may include nature, gratitude, reflection, service, meditation, personal values, or quiet time.

The goal is to make space for the practices and questions that help you feel grounded in what gives your life meaning.

Career and Financial Self-Care

Work and finances are practical parts of life, but they can also have a powerful effect on your overall well-being.

This area may include creating healthier boundaries around work, managing responsibilities more intentionally, addressing financial stress, making thoughtful decisions about goals and priorities, or finding ways to create greater stability in your daily life.

The goal is not constant achievement or perfect financial circumstances. It is to make practical choices that support greater security, balance, and well-being.

Bringing the Six Areas Together

These areas do not exist separately.

Poor sleep can affect your mood. Financial stress can strain relationships. A lack of boundaries at work can reduce the time and energy available for physical care. Strong relationships can increase resilience. Spiritual practices may help you move through difficult seasons with greater steadiness.

Restore helps you notice those connections without turning your wellness into another overwhelming project.

We focus on the areas that matter most to you and build from there—creating small, realistic practices that strengthen your overall well-being over time.

From Knowing What to Do to Actually Doing It

Many people already know the basics of taking care of themselves.

They know they would probably feel better with more consistent sleep, nourishing meals, regular movement, meaningful connection, healthier boundaries, or more time for rest and reflection.

The challenge is often not knowing what to do.

It is doing those things consistently within the realities of everyday life.

That is where wellness accountability can make a meaningful difference.

Restore gives you a place to turn your intentions into regular practices with support, encouragement, and structure along the way. Together, we identify the habits and areas of self-care that matter most to you, create realistic goals, and find ways to make those choices easier to follow through on.

Accountability can be simple and personal.

You might send a photo of the nourishing meal you prepared, let me know you took the walk you planned, check in after keeping a difficult boundary, share that you went to bed at the time you intended, or simply send a message saying, “I did what I said I would do today.”

These check-ins are not about being monitored, judged, or graded.

They are a way to stay connected to your intentions, notice what is working, receive encouragement when things feel difficult, and make adjustments when a plan does not fit your real life.

Over time, the goal is for the practices you are working on to feel less like another list of things you should be doing and more like a natural part of caring for your overall well-being.

How We Build Your Wellness Foundation

Restore is designed to help you turn self-care into something practical, personal, and sustainable.

We begin by looking at the areas of your well-being that need the most attention and identifying the habits, routines, or patterns that would make the greatest difference in your daily life. From there, we create a realistic plan that supports your whole-person wellness without overwhelming you with too many changes at once.

Your Personal Wellness Framework

Together, we create a personalized self-care framework based on your needs across the six dimensions of well-being.

This gives you a clearer picture of what helps you feel supported physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, spiritually, and practically—and where you may need more care, structure, or attention.

Intentional Wellness Planning

We turn your priorities into realistic practices that can actually fit into your life.

That might include planning nourishing meals, creating a more consistent sleep routine, making space for movement, protecting time for rest, strengthening a boundary, reconnecting with a meaningful relationship, or creating a regular spiritual practice.

The goal is not to create an ideal routine. It is to build a supportive rhythm that works in your actual life.

Personalized Coaching

Our coaching sessions give us space to look beneath the habits themselves.

We may explore what is making follow-through difficult, what tends to derail your intentions, where all-or-nothing thinking shows up, or how stress, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations are influencing your well-being.

Together, we can adjust the plan as your life changes and keep the focus on what will genuinely support you.

Compassionate Wellness Accountability

Between sessions, optional check-ins can help you stay connected to the choices you want to make.

These may include a quick message, a photo, a progress update, a reflection, or simply letting me know how the day went.

Accountability is not about perfection or proving that you did everything right. It is about having consistent support while you practice caring for yourself in ways that strengthen your overall wellness.

Over time, the aim is to help these choices become more natural, more sustainable, and more deeply connected to the way you want to live.

Who Restore Is For

Restore is for people who want to take better care of themselves in a way that supports greater health, balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

You may already know what helps you feel better, but find it difficult to stay consistent when work, caregiving, relationships, stress, or everyday responsibilities take over. Or you may simply want a more intentional approach to wellness that helps you care for yourself across more than one area of life.

This program may be a good fit if you:

  • Know what supports your well-being but struggle to follow through consistently.

  • Want accountability and encouragement as you build healthier habits and routines.

  • Feel like your own needs are often the first thing to disappear when life becomes busy or stressful.

  • Want to move away from all-or-nothing approaches to wellness and create something more realistic and sustainable.

  • Want greater support for your physical well-being through nourishing food, movement, sleep, rest, and other daily habits.

  • Would like to strengthen your emotional, mental, social, or spiritual well-being alongside your physical health.

  • Want healthier boundaries around work, responsibilities, relationships, or your time.

  • Are looking for a whole-person approach to wellness that recognizes how the different areas of your life affect one another.

  • Would benefit from having someone beside you as you turn good intentions into consistent practices.

You do not need to be in crisis or completely depleted to benefit from this work.

Restore can also be a proactive choice—a way to strengthen the foundation of your well-being now and create habits that help support you through the different seasons of your life.

Create a Stronger Foundation for Your Well-Being

Caring for yourself consistently can change much more than a single habit.

Over time, nourishing your body, tending to your emotional and mental health, strengthening relationships, honoring your values, and creating healthier rhythms around work and responsibility can begin to shape the way your whole life feels.

Restore is about helping you build that foundation in a way that is realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

You do not have to change everything at once. Sometimes meaningful wellness begins with one meal, one walk, one boundary, one earlier bedtime, one honest check-in, or one small decision to care for yourself differently.

Those choices add up.

And with the right support, they can become part of a way of living that helps you feel healthier, steadier, more resilient, and better equipped to care for yourself through the different seasons of life.

  • Sarah is amazing. I found Sarah during a time when I needed a lot of help. Last year was a pretty tough year for me, between my mom passing away, struggling financially, and dealing with a bad relationship. Sarah’s support was essential to my growing and moving forward. She helped me to think about things that were going on in my life in a way that helped me to see the bigger picture. I was then able to recognize the details in a way that I had never been able to do on my own. She has continued to demonstrate unbiased and loving support to me. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is in need of guidance and/or spiritual support in their lives. Thank you, Sarah!

    -Emily

  • Sarah asked great questions, which challenged me to recommit to my goals. She helped me to understand why I was not making my goals a priority, and she encouraged me to reflect on the importance of mindfulness and intentionality. This has been incredibly powerful for me, as I have reached my goals and now continue to strive toward new goals.
